• All furniture is made to order unless otherwise stated.
• Photos may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting, materials, or screen settings.
• Custom pieces are non-refundable once production has begun.

4. Orders & Payments
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing, stock unavailability, or payment failure.
• Accepted payment methods include EFT, card payments, and cash (in-store or on delivery, where applicable).

5. Shipping & Delivery
• Nationwide delivery is available. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
• We aim to deliver within 10–16 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
• Customers must inspect items upon delivery and sign the proof of delivery (POD). Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges
• Refunds or returns are accepted only if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
• Clients must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Handling and collection fees may apply for returns not caused by fault on our side.
• Custom orders, modified products, and clearance items are non-refundable.

• A 2 years workmanship warranty applies to eligible products.
• Warranty excludes misuse, water damage, excessive load, or failure to follow care instructions.
