• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition it was delivered
• In its original packaging (where applicable)

• Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
• Items returned due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or aesthetic preferences are subject to handling fees.
• Clearance and promotional items are final sale.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
• Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Please inspect your item upon delivery.
• If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

• If we arrange collection, a return fee will apply unless the error was on our side.
• You may also drop off the item at our warehouse by appointment.
