We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

• Delivery Time: 7–14 working days from payment confirmation. Custom orders may take longer.

• Delivery Fee: Starts from R750 local (varies by location and item size).

• Urgent Orders: Available at an extra charge.

• Delivery Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Please inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours. If you’re unavailable at the agreed time, a redelivery fee may apply.

Delivery times depend on the type of item you order.

Home Collection Items (sofas, rugs, mirrors, pedestals, cabinets, drawer chests, etc.):
Delivered within 2–5 business days.
Couches and Tailor-Made Couches:
Delivered within 15–20 business days, as these are made or prepared to order

Shipping costs depend on the size of the product and your delivery location.
Please note that we currently only deliver within Gauteng and nearby areas. If you’re located outside of Gauteng, you can still purchase our products conveniently through Makro, which offers nation-wide shipping options.
